·        Installation and use of e-Surveiller is bound to the terms of the e-Surveiller end user license agreement (EULA). To view the EULA: click the Start button, click Programs (or All Program), click e-Surveiller Help from the e-Surveiller programs. Select License in the contents tab of the e-Surveiller help window.

·        Installation and use of a computer system monitor, in certain circumstances, may be illegal in your country, state or region.  Make sure you have proper authority to perform any monitoring operation.
