the information gathering, use and disclosure practices
SurveilleTech LLC. with regard to the e-Surveiller software
product. Please read this policy before you use or download
our software. By installing our software, you are consenting
to the information collection, use and disclosure practices
described in this policy as modified by us from time to
time. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will
post a new policy on our web site and note the date the
policy was revised. Therefore, we encourage you to check

Information We Collect and How We Use
It:
Tracking
When any portion of e-Surveiller is actively
running on your computer, the software does not connect
to any 3rd-Party computer, including those of SurveilleTech
or its partners, except while checking for updates, without
prompting you for confirmation or being pre-configured
by you to do so.
Upon confirmed connection to SurveilleTech's computer
or affiliate, the software connects only for the purposes
described when it was prompting you. No system logs, e-Surveiller
logs, personal information is transmitted during this
session.
Personal Information
When you register your copy of the software
with one of SurveilleTech's distribution partners, you
may be asked to provide certain personal information about
yourself and your interests.
In some cases, non-personally identifiable information
about you may be passed to us by the partner. This may
include, but is not limited to, your age, sex, geographic
region and interests. Occasionally, SurveilleTech may
also display questions to you on its web site, inviting
you to answer. Any answers you supply are covered by this
privacy policy. The information collected by SurveilleTech
is used to learn more about its customers. The information
can also be used to provide you updates and information
regarding the product as approved by you.
Additional Information Disclosures
We will not disclose information we have
collected from you except if we are required to do so
by law, or in the good faith belief that such action is
reasonably necessary to comply with legal process, respond
to claims, or to protect the rights, property or safety
of SurveilleTech or its affiliates, customers, or the
public. In addition, any information that we collect or
compile may be provided to a third party in conjunction
with the sale of our outfit or a portion of our assets

A link from the e-Surveiller web site does
not imply our endorsement of that site. We do not control
the sites to which we link and assume no responsibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to
use the e-Surveiller software. SurveilleTech does not
intend to accept or store any personal information from

SurveilleTech may save the information

information in a manner designed to protect it from loss,
misuse, alteration or destruction by any unauthorized
party. We are unable to provide you with any access to
this data, as this would require us to have personal knowledge
of you and would threaten the security of the data.
